Q. How is this going to happen? 

 

A. 

Niacin: We will use graduating doses of NIacin (vitamin B3) starting on a low dose of 50-100mg increasing everyday until on 500mg doses. Niacin has been used successfully in drug addiction detoxification for years. Niacin works by exploding fat cells releasing toxins and fat. Once the toxins are released into the system it is important to get them out of the body as soon as possible via sweat or the GI tract. If toxins are left in the system too long they can make you very sick and there is a possibility of toxins getting to the brain  causing serious damage or death. So its important to work quickly on expelling these nasties out asap. The most efficient way to get toxins out fast is to sweat them out  through the skin.

 

Sweat: To get a good sweat on you need heat, and here's a few options you can use while on a detox plan.

  1.  Infrared sauna (dry heat) Highly recommended. The easiest and most beneficial way to induce profuse sweating is using an infrared sauna. This is a dry heat that penetrates deep down into your bones, so it heats your body directly making it more tolerable than a tradional sauna.

  2.  Steam room (wet heat). Highly recommended. A pleasant way to sweat and detox, spray eucalyptus oil on the walls.  If you don't have access to a steam room you can improvise at home in the bathroom. Close all windows and turn the shower on ( hot water only). DO NOT get in the shower but sit of stand close to the steam. Stay in there until the hot water runs out and  hopefully you get 10mins of steam.

  3. Traditional sauna (dry heat) The traditional sauna heats the air around you first and takes longer to induce sweating. Be careful as the heat can burn your nose and throat.  

  4.  Rebounding. The exercise Nasa astronauts do when rebuilding muscle. Reported by Nasa to be 68% more effective than running. Rebounding conditions every cell, muscle and organ in the body even the brain.

  5.  Vigorous exercise will obviously get you sweating but during detox we are trying to rest the body as much as possible so a gentle form of exercise is better.

 

Hydration: Remember to keep well hydrated during detox especially when sweating, using saunas and colon cleansing. It's better to use glass bottles for drinking water and it's good to have 2 bottles. Add electrolyte powder to one and lemon juice to the other to make the water alkaline.

 

Detoxing is about relaxing and resting the body and mind as much as possible. Gentle exercise is perfect while detoxing ie Yoga, walking, swimming, Qigong, Tai Chi, stretching.

 

Lymphatic drainage: Dry body brushing will stimulate the lymphatic system and generate a healing crisis for sure. It only takes 2 minutes to dry brush all surfaces of the body 3 times (face excluded). Do this naked before showering using a brush made of natural fibres, pigs bristles is good. After a week or two of brushing everyday you will start to see jelly like mucous in bowel movements and lots and lots of gall stones (looks like peas).  The healing crisis that dry brushing incurs can be pretty rough. My first experience with dry brushing 9 years ago  gave me a  massive headache for 4 days and I felt awful sick. My system flooded with toxins and at that time  I didn't know I needed to sweat it out the toxins.  Instead I just lay around the house feeling half dead for days!!! Now I know how important it is to get that crap out fast. The sooner your expell the toxins from your body, the quicker you will feel better.

 

Food

Fasting is encouraged for the first 4 days for quicker results. This detox cleanse lets you eat fresh fruit/vegetable juices or protein shakes 

Water

Drinking lots of water during detox is key for flushing and eliminating toxins and waste efficiently. It is very important to replace electrolytes after  colon cleansing and lymphatic drainage.

Expect a healing crisis

You may experience a healing crisis on or about  the 3rd day of this detox.  Flu like symptoms, headaches and feeling nausea is normal and good because it means your detox plan is working and your body is flooding with toxins ready for expulsion. This can last  a few hours or a few days, depends how toxic you are. Some people feel nothing at all. Once this is over you will feel absolutely amazing I promise you.

Niacin is used successfully in drug detoxification. Niacin explodes fat cells releasing toxins and fat into the system. From here toxins can be expelled through the skin by sweating or via the GI tract (urine and bowel evacuation). Start on low doses 150mg then graduate up to 500mg doses.
