FASTING

People who are malnourished and very underweight should never fast

Fasting is an effective and efficient way to do  the body’s “housekeeping”.

Fasting  can eliminate bad cells and  rejuvenate and optimize the rest of the trillions of cells in our body.

Water fasting

A water fast is taking water only into the body and nothing else. No juices or vitamins, not even gum. Only water.

A water fast usually last  for at least 16 to 24 hours but experienced fasters can fast anywhere between 10 and 40 days at a time.

Juice Fasting

Fresh fruit juice or fresh vegetable juice and water is all that makes up the juice fasting diet. The body is at least being nourished and this fast is a lot easier to do.

Dry Fasting

Dry fasting is the most extreme type of fasting taking no food or WATER!!!

Dry fasting last for a maximum of 3 days. It must be done under experienced supervision and is only for those experienced with regular water fasting.

Intermittent fasting

Alternates between a fasting period and an eating period. A popular form of intermittent fasting is“Alternate Day Fasting” and requires fasting for 24 hours, followed by non-fasting or ability to eat for 24 hours. Some people continue the alternating cycle indefinitely.

Limited fasting

Allows you to eat everyday but only during a limited time window in a 24 hour period to 8 hours. So you fast for 16 hours (which half or better is usually achieved while sleeping) and you can eat within a 8 hour window you should try to specify and routinely stick to.

This form of limited fasting is easier to maintain than all other fasting types and you can still benefit from the same anti-aging effects of “Caloric Restriction” without losing energy or feeling starved.
