The most beneficial air to breath is ionized air (negatively charged) which is found near the seaside or on high mountains. If you live within city limits an air filter system is good for providing clean air in homes and offices. 

Always use an extractor fan to exhaust cooking fumes. Anything released indoors is about 1,000 times as likely to be inhaled as something released outdoors.

 

 

Best Water

The most beneficial water to drink is alkaline water also known as ionized water. It has a pH (potential of hydrogen) level greater than 7.  You can buy an expensive ionizer to filter your water or you can make your own alkaline water at home by adding the juice of 1/2 lemon to 1 litre of water.

Best Food

Eat wholesome foods, alkaline and fermented foods and good fats, nothing processed or from a packet or can.

Vegetarians: A plant based diet is the best if you want to live longer. Don't forget to supplement vitamin B12

Meat Eaters: Eat high quality locally sourced fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, cheese and eggs. Eat anything that rots and  anything that was alive or grown like plants and things but not cats.
