Juicing fresh fruit and vegetables

is a fantastic way to feed the body valuable nutrients faster and more efficiently. 

 

 

Smoothies  - 4 ADDS

 

ADD LIQUID: coconut milk or almond milk or water

 

ADD FIBRE: Fruit, vegetables, oats, bran flakes, rice bran

 

ADD GOOD FATS: 1 tablespoon - Hemp oil, flaxseed oil, coconut oil, olive oil, safflower oil, avocado oil 

 

ADD PROTEIN: 

chia seeds, almond butter, peanut butter, avocado

 

 

RICE BRAN  contains proteins, minerals, vitamins and healthy plant-based fats. It is one of the top detox foods. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hemp Protein

 – According to the University of Michigan Health System, 15 to 20% of the fat in hemp seeds is alpha-linolenic acid, the precursor in your body to omega-3 fatty acids. Hemp protein oil and powder is also a great source of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber, chlorophyll, and a complete, balanced gluten-free source of the essential amino acids.

Breakfast Power Drink

1 cup water

1 banana

1 cup blue berries or raspberries

1/4 cup spinach or kale

1 Tbs oats

1 Tbs hemp oil or flaxseed oil or coconut oil

1 Tbs LSA or peanut butter or chia seeds

1 Tbs lemon or lime juice

Blend and enjoy

Lunch Power Drink

1 cup coconut milk or almond milk

2 ripe bananas 

1 cups berries

2 tbs LSA and or chia seeds

1 tbs Spirulina 

1 tbs coconut oil

 

 

 

Dinner Power Drink

Blend together

1 carrot

1 apple

1 cup water

1 avocado

1 cup spinach or kale

1 Tbs flaxseed oil or hemp oil or coconut oil

1/4 tsp cayene pepper

Potassium Broth

Potato with skins

carrot with skins

beets with skins

celery with tops

tomatoes

onion, garlic

spinach/silverbeet

OPTIONAL   mushrooms, beans, squash

EXTRA TASTE ADD   cayene pepper turmeric, parsley, thyme, rosemary

miso

SPRINKLE with pure salt

COVER with water + 4 more cups

COOK 1 hour

DRAIN LIQUID ( broth)

BLEND  vegetables if you want soup 

Tropical Enzyme Booster Juice

1/2 pineapple
1 papaya
1 mango
Remove skin and seeds 

Rich in proteolytic enzymes, pineapple and papaya contain high amounts of the enzymes papain and bromelain. An excellent source of carotene and vitamin C. Bromelain aids in digestion and can quickly assist in restoring intestinal flora after illness, using antibiotics, detoxing or colon cleansing.
